There are three ways to cover the costs of your chiropractic care with us:
Out-Of-Pocket, Time of Service
When you pay for your office fee out-of-pocket at the time of service, either on the same day or ahead of time (with a prepayment plan), it saves the office an incredible amount of work and expense by not having to deal with insurance companies. We pass on the savings to you.
If you are paying for your chiropractic care out-of-pocket, you may enjoy even further savings by prepaying for your care with one of our prepayment options. The more you prepay, the more bonus visits you will receive. You are welcome to share your plan with family and friends.
The Honor Box
If you are unable to pay the out-of-pocket fees and/or do not have adequate insurance benefits, you may make payment to the Honor Box which sits on top of our front desk. Payments are anonymous and not recorded. If you pay for your care using the Honor Box, we humbly ask that you pay the amount you can afford as close as possible to the standard out-of-pocket office visit fee.
It is our mission to make chiropractic accessible and affordable for everyone. The Honor Box ensures that all financial obstacles that may prevent a person or family from enjoying the health benefits of chiropractic care are removed.
Insurance
Most of the insurance policies available in Hawaii will cover at least some of your care at Honor Box Chiropractic. These insurance policies cover only a portion of the initial stage of your care, designed to reduce your symptoms and improve spinal function. Every policy is different. We will help confirm your specific benefits.
